Kristin has worked with students, teachers, and parents for the last 15 years. She works directly with students of many ages through executive functioning tutoring, general academic tutoring, and test preparation. Kristin's specialties in academic tutoring include reading, writing, and school entrance exams. She also works with adult learners, training preschool teachers in Early Childhood Development and Education, and through general academic tutoring. Kristin helps new and veteran parents through seminars and private consultations, while also pursuing related projects. Recent projects include working as the Interim Learning Specialist at the private school Stevens Cooperative in Hoboken, focusing on Pre-K through 8th grade learning interventions. Adding to Kristin's experience, she also spent time coaching teachers in NYC public school preschool programs and in Bronx charter schools working on literacy tutoring with at-risk elementary students . Kristin earned a Master of Education Degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University as well as Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, Kristin works in New York and New Jersey and has her home base in Jersey City, NJ with her two young children.
