I'm currently completing a dual bachelor's and masters program in civil engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology. I've three years of experience as a tutor, helping students with science and math subjects. I've also tutored friends and classmates in my courses. I like to find out each student's strengths, areas of opportunity, and study habits so that I can identify the way they learn best, and then I customize my approach to match that. Also I am a very strong communicator, and that helps me explain concepts to students effectively. My ultimate goal is that students develop a strong understanding of the material in the subjects we study. I'm looking forward to tutoring students in algebra, calculus, civil engineering, environmental engineering, pre-algebra, pre-calculus, physics, SAT prep, and others. When I have free time, I enjoy playing lacrosse, rock climbing, attending Broadway shows, and following politics.
