I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in East Asian studies from Pace University. My specific concentration has been on the Japanese culture and language. As part of my academic journey I have traveled around the world. I've studied in Tokyo and lived in Costa Rica and Switzerland. I am passionate about the sciences and hope to pursue my graduate degree soon. I currently offer tutoring for a wide range of subjects, including algebra 1 & 2, calculus 1-3, biology, pre-calculus, chemistry, microbiology, physiology, Japanese, arithmetic, algebra 3/4, biochemistry, earth science, IB chemistry HL, pre-algebra, AP calculus AB & BC, AP chemistry, AP biology, AP environmental science, life sciences, ecology, languages, and various other math and science courses. I believe one of the greatest gifts of being alive now is our capacity for reason and the abundant opportunities we currently have to learn about anything in which we are interested. I love to help people discover and pursue their own curiosity. This is something that many students who find certain academic fields challenging have not yet fully realized. Watching as they become more inherently curious about the world around them and then actively pursue learning on their own is a remarkable privilege.
