I am a flavor chemist at Allen Flavors. I recently graduated with highest honors, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University in New Brunswick with a major in Food Science Research and a minor in Spanish.
Experience
I tutor many students in math and science subjects. I truly enjoy tutoring, and try to make learning as enjoyable as possible. I am very passionate about learning, and definitely encourage my students to gain an interest in what they are learning. I am an inducted member of National Honor Society and National Honor Society for World Languages: Spanish. Through this organization, I have tutored many students of all ages in a variety of subjects. I am very familiar with the AP test format. Throughout my high school career, I took AP Biology, AP Psychology, and AP Calculus BC. I received a perfect score on all 3 exams. I have worked with students with learning disabilities, such as ADD, ADHD, and dyslexia and have taught them skills on how to stay focused and organized. I am very patient and am confident to say that I have helped students improve their grades, study skills, test-taking abilities, etc. in the past. I really look forward to hearing from you!
