I am a tutor with a passion for science, and I love helping my students realize how much fun science can be!I previously worked as a scientist, so I have hands-on experience when it comes to working in my field. I use my previous experience to help my students better understand the concepts they are learning. I am confident in my students' abilities to grasp science. I believe it is something everyone is capable of learning, no matter how daunting it might seem. I like to use examples from daily life, so my students can see directly how science impacts and affects them.Science is my passion, and I enjoy teaching my students and helping them succeed in their studies! I am a high school and college tutor, and I am able to help my students in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Science, and honors/AP Science classes. My education includes a B.A. in Chemistry and History from Rutgers University, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania. I also worked on a fellowship program at Harvard Medical School after earning my Ph.D.Besides working with my students, I like to cook, watch pro and college level sports, and compete in triathlons.
